The property is BEAUTIFUL! The staff was helpful and amazing very accommodating ! The staff in the restaurant attached were top notch best customer service I have had in a LONG time. If in Baltimore this is place for anyone.

I will not get another room there at all the bake fast was horrible and the bacon taste old the sausage taste old we did not enjoy it at all housekeeping did not clean our room on Sat when we came back to room at night we had to change our on sheets and get fresh towels

The staff was friendly. My room was comfortable and the complimentary wine hour was nice and included fried ravioli.

I was not able to.access my safe, it kept giving an error message.

great hotel. good location that was close to the inner harbor and ballpark. I used valet parking since easier but was a bit high at $55 a night in my opinion. didn't eat at their b &o restaurant but did have drinks for the. they were on. rooms were good. tv didn't work but they fixed it right away. all in all good hotel. staff was nice. easy checking in

I thought the property looked great. However there is something going on with your TV antenna. Problems with the channels. Also, you seem to have a plumbing problem. Water does not go down well. Seems to back up.

Best food in town/ the Chef was wonderful, the food to die for! I will always stay here when I am in town and tell everyone I know how pleasant and relaxing this location is kept.I wish you had more stars for the staff and location

The hotel itself was interesting due to the historic significance. The king suite I booked needs some basic maintenance. The TV in the living room kept losing a signal. The TV in the bedroom wall mount swivel would not stay in place and the wall jack had fallen off the wall exposing a whole. The sliding bedroom door was stuck inside the wall and had to be pried open. I’ve stayed at the monoco in Philadelphia and it was outstanding, this time not so much, especially for the price tag. The bed was very comfortable and staff was friendly.
