"Exceptional"

Front desk was unattended for several minutes when we arrived for check in. Hallway carpets need a good deep clean. Loose tiles in our bathroom. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Good AC. Good internet.

"Cleanliness is not a priority"

It’s disappointing because the employees really were great, but cleanliness is non-negotiable when it comes to feeling comfortable in a hotel. I hope management takes this seriously, because the team deserves better than to have their excellent service overshadowed by poor housekeeping.

The room was dirty, the bathroom was disgusting, the shower had leftover grime and hair from the previous user. Even after addressing it with staff they made no attempt to remedy the issue,

Staff was great

Hotel was listed with a hot tube room but they don't have those rooms anymore. Staff fixed it with the price. Room wasn't as clean as it could be. Couch was stained

"We will be back"

The staff is always super friendly! They had a big event down the road from the hotel and it was sold out but the staff kept smiling and remained friendly and professional! Of course the beds are super comfy and pillows too!

The bathroom door was hard to open that would be all I can say negative.
