"Good"

I’m booked 2 room for my VIP client! But front deck said just rec hotels.com only 1 room booking! Our VIP unhappy for this case happen! I also need place call more than half hour to your CS and hotel front desk! I also need goto front deck settle this question in midnight Guangzhou time! This is really really poor experience for check in

"Veel luxe maar eerder op Chinezen gericht."

Het hotel beschikt over zeer mooi en recentelijk opgefriste kamers: zeer veel luxe in de kamer, prima! Ontbijtbuffet is voor een westerse hotelgast "middelmatig" te noemen: echt op de Chinezen afgestemd... In het restaurant spreekt het personeel geen Engels en verloopt alle communicatie via een vertaal app op hun telefoon... Ook aan de receptie is het niet altijd gemakkelijk om iets duidelijk te maken. Rond het hotel is er op loopafstand NIETS te beleven! Wifi is zeer middelmatig, niet bruikbaar voor westerse zakenreizigers. PS: ik had een erg onaangename verrassing bij aankomst: van de 4kamers in mijn reservatie waren er maar 3 door het hotel gekend. Blijkbaar was mijn kamer om een onbekende reden door Hotels.com geannuleerd. Ik heb dit aan Hotels.com gemeld (zonet via de hotels.com website) en wacht nog op een antwoord. Hopelijk wordt dit probleem correct opgelost!

Gimnasio abre tarde, desayuno malo, internet no sirve para los extranjeros. Lo de recepción no hablan bien ingles, mal!!, lo único bueno el Botones, muy amable

"Lovely but lacking"

Although the staff was great and the rooms beautiful, the in-house restaurants were limited as was the neighborhood... It was a nice neighborhood but not a lot going on. Were there a bar or western restaurant (other than the lobby) in the hotel, we wouldn't have noticed the lacking neighborhood.

"Fantastic Stay"

HUGE room, i mean HUGE. Comfortable, Tidy, Amazing grounds, Good buffet dinner, Very helpful staff, Free shuttle service to Chimelong Parks, Fantastic pool, Would visit again.
