Wish there were more staff who could speak English. Also, the breakfast buffet is okay but not great. It seems like they use leftover food next day. The food was cooked but still cold when I went to the buffet at 6:30am. (They open from 6am)

The staff is excellent! The rooms are nice. Would recommend the view towards the river. The food in the restaurants was good, the dim sum especially.

"Exceptional"

It was a really nice and beautiful hotel. I travelled with a friend and went to chimlong theme park for two days. It was a wonderful two nights in this hotel. The service is really nice. It offered us free shuttle minivan to the theme park and picked us up. But they would not wait for you when they picked you up back to the hotel, meaning you have to be on time if you want to take this minivan back to the hotel. The swimming pools are nice as well. We had great time.

"Good hotel in Panyu"

Hardware 5 Stars Software 4 Stars I believe should be the best hotel in Panyu District. US$200 per night in that location definitely not cheap.

"Strictly business...OK."

If going for Canton fair or business near fair, comfortable rooms and easy in and out. Limited food options in area and at hotel. Bar/restaurant seem overpriced. I understand if you book early they offer great rates for the fair.

"Good from far, but far from good."

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms but issues with the food in the buffet. I went and poured an apple juice and had 3 dead bugs floating inside. There were even more bugs swirling around other dishes. Service around the hotel was mediocre but I recognize it's difficult with English language barrier.

Couldn't just get coffee...the restaurant said they would charge full breakfast price!!! Lobby bar was closed in the morning. It should be open for travelers coming in at all hours. Decor was over the top! But the beds were very comfortable and bathtub was nice and deep!
