Great experience, and nice people work there. The breakfast buffet is awesome. The rooms was big and very comfortable. I only have two negatives or pieces of advice: (1) To get to the indoor pool, you have to go outdoors by the outdoor pool. Not too convenient - it should be the other way around. The pool water indoors is kept a bit too cool also - like about 25-26 C whereas 28-29 C would be better. (2) The location is beautiful, right on the river, but there is very little one can walk to easily. For that reason, they need to upgrade the in-hotel shopping options a bit.

"It ' a very nice hotel."

It's very nice hotel that staff and service are good and with good facilities. I stay four days and think it worthy spending my money. Chinese food is execllent and they have many activities and parties during the fair.

"Incredible Hotel"

I have stayed here twice this year already as I have a clothing factory about 15 minutes from Hotel. Once with my mother and once on my own. This hotel has the highest standards I have ever experienced anywhere. Incredible. I could live there!

"Exceptional"

This was my second stay at the hotel. The stay was enhanced by Sean the Excutive Supervisor and Victor the Training Manager, They both went out of their way to ensure our stay was very satisfying A amazing hotel build with incredible materials from overseas, well designed and very friendly staff. I fully recommend this hotel as a pleasure to stay in. Try the Chinese Restaurant on the ground floor, one of the best I have dined in anywhere in the world All other facilities were of exceptional class.

The stay at the Chateau Star River Hotel was excellent. Without doubt the best hotel I have stayed in in China.... Shaun the Executive Supervisor was extremely helpful as were the staff who were obliging and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who expects great meals, amazing cleanliness and a 5 star + quality hotel in all respects. I have stayed in the best rated hotels in China and overseas. The quality of the quality of the workmanship and materials used are some of the best I have seen anywhere in the world.

"Divine"

Amazing hotel. So clean and new even though 4 years old. Impeccably maintained. Fantastic service. Great sauna/massage for affordable treatments + the luxury of the spa. We had business in Panyu so location was very convenient. Still only 30minute cab ride into Guangzhou central. Highly recommend. Look forward to going back again.
