The staff were amazing! I have stayed in 5 star hotels that didn’t have staff as knowledgeable or accommodating. It wasn’t just one person but everyone we met during our three day stay. The breakfast was enjoyed by the whole family. One concern was we could hear the people walking around above us. Nothing crazy, but it would wake you up if they were up before you. Likewise, the train that runs close by a couple times at night. Again, a big compliment to the hotel staff. I would stay here again and just move our room to the third floor.
