Hampton Inn & Suites West Point

Very nice accommodations!

I loved the friendliness of the staff. The hotel was quite. One thing I really like is the ability of the curtains to block out the light and the moon didn’t even peek in!

Nice hotel

Booked and prepaid with a confirmation number almost 2 weeks in advance. Arrived at the location after driving 8 hours and discover no room is available….had to stay at smoke filled motel across the street. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

everything was in disrepair, exercise room, pool, business computers, room lacked fridge and microwave, room wasn't completely stocked in bathroom, after repeated efforts to get business computers to work gave up trying, staff promised to get them fixed but never did what they promised with no reason for this

I didn’t like that a $250 deposit was required because I was from West Point because what if I didn’t have that. Only enough to actually have a place to lay for the night.

When we arrived we had booked through a third-party and had requested an accessible room and the front office had us in a regular two Queen room. When I mentioned to the front desk clerk Vicky, she offered us a king size with pull out sofa that was accessible and was kind enough to show us both! My daughter decided on the king size room! Vicky was very personable and a very nice and accommodating person. Rhiannon, The other front desk clerk was very accommodating as well as she gathered extra pillows blankets sheets and extra towels and washcloths and anything else we needed! The hotel was very clean and well-kept.

Very nice staff

The staff was unable to assist with an unauthorized charge from them. They also told my grandmother they wouldn’t check her out or give her a receipt. The suites are big but cleaning wasn’t up to par.

Staff was friendly and helpful. One the few places I was able to park a moving truck to get much needed rest. Highly recommend.
