Hampton Inn & Suites West Point

The sheets were dirty on the bed, the walls and carpet was dirty, the rooms are very small, the shower handle was broken, and the remote control didn’t work! Horrible experience!

Room were very nice. Only downside was no hot water for a shower.

The staff at this property is always the best! They go out of their way to accommodate your stay!

The staff was.very helpful… when we got to our room we discovered that the toilet did not work. They front desk quickly gave us a new updated room without any further issues.

I didn’t like that fact that whoever stayed above us jumped all night long. We were on the second floor and the jumpers were on the third floor. We didn’t sleep at all because of all the noise and jumping.

The people who work there are the best!

The front desk staff were attentive. The room itself was disappointing for the Hampton chain. The bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned leading me to question the cleanliness of the entire room.

When we checked in on Saturday, the ladies were very nice- later that night around 2am, - not so nice. Let's correct this.

This was one of the nicest Hampton Inns we have stayed in. Great room, reasonable rate, and wonderful staff.

There was no one at the front desk when I arrived. I waited for 20 minutes until finally someone came in from a back office. The rooms were fine except some weird stains on the walls
