Hampton Inn & Suites West Point

The floor I was on was still under construction. Not ann impressive. Also, they neglected to tell me that rooms would not be cleaned daily.

Nice and quiet. Breakfast was not as expected.

The room was fantastic...clean, large, carpeted, great bed and bath. The breakfast too was awesome...various quality and quantity of foods. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Overall, a superb stay for 3 nights!

The king rooms have been renovated so that the bed is on the bathroom wall instead of on the wall facing the tv. So you can't see the TV from the bad and the ac blows directly on the bed. We stayed in one of these on a previous visit and asked to be moved to a different room. We were told that they were booked up but there were 2 cars in the parking lot. When we asked if we could be swapped with someone in a different room who hadn't checked in, the clerk told us she couldn't do that and then she said she didn't know how to do it. So we told her we would go somewhere else and I asked her to print a receipt showing no charge and she was unable to print that either. So, on top of the unsatisfactory room, she was unable to help us. Not sure who thought moving the beds in these rooms was a good idea, but it's not.

The staff was really nice, helpful, and professional. The room was just ok. It wasn’t as clean as I would have liked it to be. One of the bed white comforter had a stain and the floor behind both head of the beds had not been swept. Luckily I was travel alone and the other bed was fine. The location is in a pretty convenient spot, however it is also near a train track that came through blasting it horns about 1:30a-2a. Due to the limited options in the area, this hotel is the better choice.

The hotel was ok. I was put on the second floor and it was under construction. I also was put in a room with no microwave and refrigerator. I had no was to keep anything hot or cold. That was a major problem for me.

When we arrived Laz the front desk person was great with everything. I get into my room no problem. My other two friends come to my room problem. We sitting have girl talk and get a complaint. They said we were to loud they were trying to sleep. The time was around 9 something and all we was doing was playing uno talking and laughing. The next day we leave for the day come back no room service done to our rooms. We had to go downstairs for towels for ourselves. Come in to take a nap and people playing at my door knocking on the door and running away playing. Get up then next day getting ready to leave and housekeeping tapes on my room door didn't give me time to get to the door or say anything and just walks on in my room.
