I was mildly surprised by the quality of service and general services of this hotel. Its a little treasure of a place in the middle of Mumbai's hustle and bustle ...location was excellent for shopping, the airport and general needs. The staff were friendly especially the Sikh doorman who was very helpful today a d the helpful Receptionist was very wellcoming

Las habitaciones son amplias y la recepción muy atenta. Destaco al personal que asiste durante el desayuno, muy atentos. La cama cómoda y muy buena ducha.

No tiene una limpieza descable. Está limpio, pero no da esa sensación pulcra. Mi habitación era bastante vieja, muy noventosa. Los teléfonos a recepción no funcionaban, por lo que para el roomservice, tuve que bajar a solicitar el menú.
