Excellent breakfast, room service and staff who were all very courteous and helpful. Check in and check out was great. Though there was upgrades being done it was being carried out without disruption to guets

Everything was as expected. What could be looked at is that we noticed mosquitoes coming through the aircon vents. Maybe there should be a fine filter to prevent these insects from coming in

Property going through a refurb, we stayed at the hotel twice whilst on our trip. Unfortunately the first 3 days in a room that was due to be updated. The last night we returned to stay in a newly refurbished room which was much more superior. The last night of our first stay (old room) the bedroom light would not switch off so had to call maintenance to disconnect.
