Railay Princess Resort & Spa

We stayed here for 4 nights in room 2207, perfect location on the same floor as the rooftop swimming pool The staff are welcoming and always happy to help The hotel is the first you get to once getting off the long boat at the pier, literally a 2 minute walk making it perfect for visitors Huge choice for breakfast, we didn’t eat at the hotel for other meals, but instead took a 5 minute walk to Walking Street where there are plenty of bars and restaurants Already planning our next visit here next year

The staff are so helpful and kind. Rooms clean and tidy. Food plentiful and breakfast was particularly nice, lots of options. Well positioned, nice beaches, very beautiful rock formations. The Negative would be the island itself and Thailand as a whole, there is a lot of litter everywhere, as it’s quite depressing to see. This is not help by the fact there are hardly any trash cans, I’m sure if there were more, plastic bottles, food waste would not be left on the beach, in the mangroves and on the streets.

Very run down and not like photos, no running hot water 3 days out of 5, no power one evening, poor food quality, price and surprisingly staff weren’t as nice or attentive as the many other this hotels we have visited.

The service was excellent and so where the rooms.location right on water side

No hot water which was pretty shocking to realize, this seems like a very basic commodity. Also the sheets on our bed had holes in them, seems like some basic maintenance and cleaning could go a long way here. Also the WiFi was terrible, if you’re a digital nomad you won’t be able to work here. Nice staff, great location nice pool, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Quarto com cheiro absurdo de mofo Ar condicionado não higienizado Barulhento, não dormimos bem nenhuma noite . Ar da minha unidade, 1108 faz barulho com movimento das pessoas dos quartos acima. Estalou a noite toda. Estávamos em 3 e acordamos muitas vezes. Box do chuveiros com parte metálica muito enferrujada.

Great place. late check out. Lovely roof top pool. Easy transfer from airport. Railay is paradise. Lots to do. Massage was super, relaxing. Another pool we didn’t even get to. Room was spacious junior suite and nice view to pool and beyond. Well worth it.

Amazing hotel!!! The room, the customer service, the pool (OMG THE POOL!), the cocktails, the spa, the restaurants (buffet breakfast is really good!) the location…. Absolutely perfect! I really enjoyed my stay there! I highly recommend it!
