"Fabulous relaxing stay."

Felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Michele helped us settle in on the patio out the back with refreshing drink. The grounds are amazing and you are only a short stroll to the village. Fireworks from the wedding topped off our stay on the last night with a spectacular bar setting with its unique roof.

"One to avoid as poorly managed"

Lovely property on very pretty grounds. However service levels are nowhere near 5 star standard. One to avoid as behaved like a 3 star hotel - management no-where to be seen at an operational level and just left poorly trained staff to firefight.

Wonderful 3 nights of relaxation and excellent food. One of their greatest assets is Mr. Kahn presiding over Knight's bar - unfortunately we didn't meet him until our last night and while the other staff were extremely pleasant, they were young and lacked his knowledge and experience.

Staff are very professional and friendly. I Stayed in a. Junior suite room 314. It could do with a freshen up as the furniture had a lot of marks and the windows could do with a clean. Food wasn’t that good.
