Location is fantastic & rooms are of a good size

Paid for parking but it was very difficult to find reception from the garage. There were 2 exits from garage showing reception on floor 1 & unfortunately we took the one that was nowhere near reception & extremely difficult to find. Better signposting is needed. Although the room was not dirty there was a smell in the bathroom as if someone had very recently used the toilet & there was no evidence of a clean having taken place. The initial key cards given did not work & had to revisit reception to get them sorted properly.

The location was perfect but could be quite noisy

There’s no air conditioning so it’s very very hot in there. Doors are very noisy and I could barely open them without making a sound. Appliances need to be modernised

It was so central to everything, we were greeted with such a friendly reception and our requests were taken care of immediately

Cannot fault the place to be honest

PARKING: expensive, but you can't get any better to have an underground covered spot and sleep in the very city center. CHECK-IN: all good, but required to provide an email address to them. STAFF: nice and friendly. WIFI/VPN: worked. SIZE: being an apartment it was more than what I needed. However also as apartment the living room/kitchen and the bedroom were very large. STYLE: simple, straight, modern, quite new indeed. POWER WHEN YOU LEAVE: stays on. BATHROOM: large as you expect from the rest of the areas. QUIET: despite being in the center, since I was pretty high in the tall building, no issue at all even with windows opened. LOCATION: couldn't ask for anything better. Between the pedestrian part of the harbor and the lively nightlife area. SERVICES AROUND: all of them: tons of choice for meal, atms, shopping mall... VALUE FOR THE MONEY: very good, considering the space you are given. RESTAURANT IN WALKING DISTANCE: many. I looked for seafood and got lucky.

CLEAN: overall good, but spotted some unclear surfaces in the kitchen area and hair on the mattress. But nothing serious. PARKING: expensive, as I mentioned, but for a short stay very convenient, given the location. DOORS: loaded with strong springs. Why the need to keep doors shut all the time in an apartment? I ended up putting chairs and piece of luggage to keep them open in order to move around among the rooms without hassle.
