It was in a good location

The staff. The facilities. Value for money was awful. To dry my wife’s hair near a mirror we were told to take down a 4 foot mirror and move it. Spent £350 for 2 nights that was basically awful students accommodation.

Central location, spacious, clean (apart from the sofa and chairs) and the bed was comfortable. The young man on reception was very helpful and polite and let us leave our cases in storage on the day we left which was a great help.

The sofa/bed in the living room was stained and old and so unpleasant we didn’t want to sit on it, it really needed replacing. The fabric on the chairs was the same also very stained. The young woman on reception when we arrived wasn’t very friendly or welcoming Such a shame as it let down our enjoyment of the flat.

Great parking, fantastic, easy check in. Staff great. Only downfall the weather was hot and could do with a couple of fans in the rooms. Will be returning.

Central location and car parking. Clean and well equipped.
