Good central location to Liverpool One with views over the city. Good size bedrooms and living area to sit and relax with the family. Cooking facilities for self-catering so don't have to eat out all the time.

Reception area at first floor is quite small with only a single vending machine for snacks. The only reason to go in there was to book in and out. However on a positive it was always staffed with space to leave luggage.

The apartment is exceptional excellent. The environment, the room, the bedroom, the kitchen, the toilet.

There is no phone to contact the receptionist you have to go down.

Great central location , a very short walk to most key landmarks, shops and restaurants. Apartment was clean and spacious well equipped. Kids were thrilled to have their own rooms. Nice and cool with air con.

Only a minor grumble, the sink in the ensuite seemed a bit clogged but it didn't really impact on our stay. I mentioned to the receptionist/concierge and he said he would speak to maintenance team .

The cleanliness of the room and everything I needed in the apartment was a top notch.

The heater in the room should have an air conditioner not just heat alone. Not everyone likes heater

Localização perfeita perto de supermercados, shopping e principais atrações turísticas, além disso é super perto da estação de trem. O único ponto que deveria melhorar é o aviso de treinamento/teste das sirenes de alerta de incêndio. A Mensagem que diz que é um teste toca juntamente com a sirene e com o alerta luminoso e que é de fora não entende ou se assusta e acaba não ouvindo a mensagem de teste.

Apartamento excelente com sala ampla e ótima cozinha, o quarto é pequeno, mas muito confortável.

The apartment was absolutely Spotless and the location was so central to everything. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The male Staff member went above and beyond in helping us with our luggage and kept them for us after checkout which allowed us to explore more of the city. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

Central Location also meant it could get noisy 😕 if you leave the window open. As with most SAs, cleaning (especially bathrooms) could be better.

Lovely staff, the property is clean and comfortable. The location couldn’t get any better. We had a great view from the 9th floor! Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Liverpool.

Warm friendly welcome by staff at reception. Place clean and had all the basic necessities. The beds are very comfortable.
