Embassy Suites by Hilton Houston-Energy Corridor

Had a great stay at Embassy Suites (Houston Energy Corridor). The clerk (Yousef) was friendly and provided a relent service. Our breakfast was prepared by Zach and was it excellent. Embassy Suites is our families go to hotel.

Our stay at Embassy Suites Energy Corridor was wonderful! The hotel itself was very nice, but what truly made our experience outstanding was the incredible staff—especially the kitchen team. Every member of the kitchen staff greeted guests with a smile and had such a positive, welcoming attitude. A special thank you to Zachary, who prepared our omelets and pasta exactly the way we wanted them. He took the time to make sure every ingredient was just right, and everything was absolutely delicious. It was also a thoughtful touch that he spoke a little Spanish with my mom, which made her feel even more welcome. We also want to recognize Sandra R., who was simply exceptional. As Spanish is our native language, my mom was absolutely delighted to be greeted by Sandra in Spanish. She always welcomed everyone with a warm smile, checked in to make sure we were enjoying the breakfast and lunch buffet, and even shared helpful tips about the different food options available. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel right at home. My mom kept saying how kind and attentive everyone in the kitchen was. The hospitality shown by Zachary, Sandra R., and the entire kitchen team turned a great hotel stay into a truly memorable experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Houston Energy Corridor. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!

Everything about my stay in the hotel was amazing. Your wait staff was amazing in the dining area. Your cleaning crew is immaculate. And your front desk host have helped so much for the inconvenience that I faced atthe hotel with EV charging. I would suggest that you post a sign, letting people know that if they have a non-Tesla EV they must sign in to the Tesla app and select the destination charging here at Embassy suites. If they do not do that, their car will not charge. Also, I would suggest that plug-in hybrid should not be allowed to park in the EV charging area. They have a gas motor and do not need EV charging.

We had such a great experience at the hotel bar, thanks to Ariana! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel like regulars from the moment we sat down. The cocktails were excellent—my husband loved the Old Fashioned, especially the fun soccer-themed ice cube, which was a really unique touch. I also have to give Ariana credit for her exceptional customer service. I noticed something on the rim of my wine glass after I'd already finished about half of it, and without hesitation she brought me a completely new glass of wine. That level of care and attention really stood out. And if you enjoy wine, you'll appreciate that their pours are generous! 😊 Great drinks, great atmosphere, and even better service. We'll definitely stop by again the next time we're on this side of town.

We’ve stayed at several hotels in west Houston and this one is our new favorite—friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, fun happy hour, included made-to-order breakfasts, relaxing lobby, and easy parking all make it the best.

This was by far my best Embassy Suites stay! The hospitality of your front desk staff ( Zasha, Yolanda and Jocelyn) and all of the restaurant staff was so appreciated. When I am in Houston again, this will be my #1 hotel choice.
