The reception is open from 07:30 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 19:30 Monday to Thursday; and from 07:30 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 18:00 at Fridays. It is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and all public holidays. If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel directly in order to obtain the access code. Rooms are cleaned once a week. The credit card used to make the booking as well as personal identification will be requested upon arrival. Please note that guest must do the dishes and take out the trash before departurePlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
