Emplacement ok. Personnel ok. Appartement assez grand et beaucoup de rangements.

Odeur de tabac froid en arrivant. L'appartement commence à être vieillot et mal entretenu. Il y a aussi de la saleté dans certains coins, notamment dans la salle de bain.
