Ubicació perfecta, personal molt amable, atenció personal impecable i un esforzar variat i molt complet. Vam queixar-nos de dos petits detalls de l'habitació i els van arreglar immediatament.

El control de temperatura de l'habitació és superflu perquè no té cap efecte i la temperatura a la nit és tan alta que obliga fins i tot a obrir la finestra; a la Vall d'Aran i en ple hivern,,, No és el descans que un espera després d'un dia d'esquí intens...

Personal de 10. Ubicación excelente. Comida de las mejores que he probado en hoteles.

Hay muchos niños, lo cual no es culpa del hotel, pero perturban un poco la tranquilidad.

Accueil du personnel, disponibilité ; emplacement ; prestations de la location de skis + casiers (ils s’occupent de tout)

SPA un peu petit donc nombre limité d’usagers (ce qui se comprend !) et donc exclusivement sur réservation ; le calme est très apprécié mais le problème est donc la taille de l’infrastructure : trop petite pour un si bel hotel

Casi todo, sobre todo la amabilidad del personal en todos los departamentos, comèdia, spa, recepcion y por supuesto la disponibilitat y amabilidad del recepcionista Anton.

Hay un sistema de sensor en la luz de la ducha que cuando te levantas por la noche para ir al baño se enciende, molestando bastante pero lo peor es el tiempo que sigue encendida, 10 min de reloj

amabilidad del personal. excelentes desayunos

las almohadas muy duras, y los baños un poco incomodos en cuanto espacio para colocar los artículos de tocador. no hay lugar cerrado para fumar un tabaco. habitaciónes calurosas.
