Breakfast and location only

Hotel is asking money in advance even when booking.com said to pay when you arrive to hotel....Hotel insisted us to pay in advance to be sure to get rooms.... then why use booking.com to book this hotel ?

The hotel was in a great location as we had a function in the event hall and it was very near Thane Gurdwara where we had another visit. Nandini at the Reception desk was excellent in dealing with an issue we had about occupancy. She was calm and polite and sorted everything out.

Our 1 night was comfortable, nothing to complain about.
