I found it unprofessional that the customer service team is unresponsive. I sent multiple messages via their provided contact details questioning how a foreigner can pay for their stay (which must be paid in advance) when they don’t have an Indian bank account. They only provided domestic bank transfer details. I received no responses ever despite following up. It was sorted eventually through a local contact but it really shows a low level of care when there’s not even a response.

Having stayed at the property several times before and given good reviews, this time I was shocked to find the place in complete disarray. 1. They will hound you for advance payment even if Booking.com allows free cancellation till say the last date. 2. there were no bell boys available to help with luggage 3. food was pathetic 4. onely one counter staff who had no clue what he was doing (but he did get out and help with bags - which was sweet) 5. towels were unclean. Looked like they were closing down ! last stay there - sad - used to be a good hotel.

Located in a good and quiet neighborhood and can get transportation very easily. Happy with my stay in the hotel.

The location was convenient Palates restaurant was good and the staff were super efficient

The front office was very unprofessional. Despite paying in advance they kept insisting that payment is due. Access to the room was blocked after checkin. They started moving my luggage out while I was having lunch in the restaurant. And delayed the checkout for 15 min

It was great but no recliners by tiny pool was a disappointment. Food and service was excellent.
