We came here for the excellent food quality which we were aware of from previous experience. [ We were Thanekars ! ] We missed buffet lunch / dinner though !

Just see if you can improve beds to Coir beds and bathroom linnes can be netter .

Communication was poor.We booked this place as it had a pool, not many hotels in this area had a pool. We arrived the pool was empty and the area was being drilled up. We were not informed about this before arrival.Because of this there was no outside Area to sit, they had a garden but no chairs and was offered to sit on terrace which we did and got covered in concrete from the drilling. We booked 7 day's but because of this we left after 3 days. Now im fighting to get a full fefund for the 4 days we were not there.At this time they have only refunded me for 2 days. So after ruining our holiday i have arrived home to start a battle to get the remander of my refund. Not Happy.
