They got the wrong room first Then asked us to shift the luggage on our own to the right room Then did the wrong billing. Multiple iterations after which we were able to get rid of them

Good rooms, friendly staff but very noisy corridors with guests moving in and out in the middle of the night

Restaurant food was superb for both breakfast and dinner. The staff is amazing and helpful. Reservation office staff very informative

We were overcharged for our stay and after multiple emails requesting a refund they have not responded or even acknowledged my emails. When it was pointed out the overpayment, staff were apologetic but that is as far as it has gone. We were informed that the refund would occur the next day, but nothing has been done.
