Good location in the centre of Thane close to the shopping malls. Good variety to the breakfast - every day was slightly different which was nice.

Wifi was not working in the room on the first day. There is no wifi in the lobby or restaurant . Staff needs to be more cordial and skill in problem resolving. I have noticed if booking is done from other websites, the guests are not treated that well.
