It was great

The breakfast was good.

The bed wasn’t comfortable. The side I slept on was sloping to the center. There were some sticky and wet spots on the carpet. The pool water was a bit cloudy which made my husband nervous.

The pool was not available Had to go next door...

Excellent breakfast, very close to the shopping mall

The hotel is nice, desk staff is friendly, accommodating and efficient. Dining room and staff deserves gold stars. Housekeeping could be better. Shared the way the maid, made the bed and she threw fresh plastic cups on the bathroom counter.

No microwave in rooms. Bed and pillows were hard as rocks. Breakfast was good, but hot foods were the same pretty much everyday. The breakfast people were excellent . There was a variety of cold foods that was good . No one monitored the pool area as at times there so many younger kids in the whirlpool adults couldn’t use it . I did complained about the 1 yr old with no diaper on in the whirlpool and pool. The front didn’t seem to worry about it. All areas and rooms were neat and clean.

Great value. Check in and check out was simple. Love the fact that the breakfast was included and that they had coffee 24/7. I also enjoyed the pool and whirlpool.
