Basic bed and bath. No coffee in room. Not a good value.

Absolutely Awful! Found this hotel on Expedia expecting the Garibaldi Inn at the Bay to actually be at the Bay as pointed out in their name, their listing, and the photos they use in their advertising. This place was not near water. It is on the highway, the only view is of the highway and a construction lot. The rooms looked updated and cute online. Though our room decor was "cute" it was also dirty, noisy, bed was uncomfortable with a big dip in the middle, and the bathroom was in disrepair. Noisy fan that comes on with the light. Poor shower pressure. There was a lot of noise from outside throughout the night. The location seemed run down and no where decent to eat and nothing to do nearby. The hotel management will not give a refund even though they are deceiving travelers with their misleading advertising. The very next night we got a fabulous 5 Star Hilton In Vancouver, WA for just $2.52 more than we paid for this place!! Crazy! One night was far too long---sorry to say, we couldn't wait until morning to get out of there! The lady at the front desk seemed super sweet and the motel's only redeeming quality.

Room was in terrible condition. Window frame cracked. Used spray foam to seal. Toilet paper holder hanging loose on wall. Bed was hard as a rock.

Front desk staff was very friendly & helpful. Both on a call before arriving & in person during check-in. Room was obviously cleaned & mattress/ boxspring were very clean! (I always pull fitted sheet off mattress & pull cover off box spring if possible to check for signs of bedbugs) Room was well stocked with towels & TP. Fridge & all surfaces were clean. Only small issue was the screen was damaged so we didn’t leave the window open at night just in case any bugs would come in; however the damage was on the opposite edge of the screen (to where you could crack the window & not worry about flies being able to access the room easily.) The ac worked great so we mostly used that. Overall, the value of the room was perfect. We would definitely stay there again!
