All areas were nice. Loud vehicles on the Loop were the only nuisance.
Staff super nice. Hotel just needs to be remodeled. Wallpaper falling off and some paint and grout in bathrooms would do wonders.
There was no stay , this hotel canceled my room . Terrible experience and will not stay again
The front desk staff was very accomodating to us and all of our parents for the baseball tournament.
First didn’t get the room I asked for so had to load up everything and check in again the next day. Secondly the computers have 10 plus year old internet explorer. Son wasn’t able to do homework at hotel.

No frills. Just passing through so it was ok.
It was horrible. Pool closed even though I called ahead before booking to ask. We had to walk the grandsons to a nearby Comfort Inn so they could swim. The 13th at 9am I reported that I flushed the toilet and the plastic handle broke off and cut my hand and asked for maintenance to fix it so my grandsons didn't get hurt trying to flush as the remaining piece was jagged at 2pm I went back to the desk and asked when it was gonna be fixed. The lady at the desk you could tell had forgotten. She did call maintenance and got it fixed finally. We had to ask for towels because they gave us three for four of us. The maid left hazelnut coffee. Ummm? Instead of regular coffee. We are night people and to get coffee we went to Comfort Inn to get coffee because they kept a pot on over night. When we arrived there was a smell when we walked in maybe mold? Smell. In the time we were there the carpets needed vacuumed in the halls and no signs of the elevators being cleaned. It was our first and our last stay there.
Excellent stay. Room was huge and comfortable. Person at the desk was nice and accommodating. We had a lot of questions about Paris, she was very knowledgeable about the area.
