They had to cancel my room. They overbooked. We reserved a meet8ng at the same hotel. They overbooked.. My sister-in-law got her room, and the air conditioner didn't work. It's was just an overall bad experience. I am still waiting for my refund for my room.

Traveling with our cat. Staybridge was welcoming and much better than La Quinta which denied us due to a policy change not on their website.
