The only issue i had was my AC unit wasn't working. I had to unplug it to turn the heat off and then when i plugged it back in it didn't work at all. Overall still a great stay and staff. Im happy to continue doing business here with my family

The front desk check in clerk was amazing. He told us about everything and was extremely helpful and welcoming. There was a wide range of breakfast items but they weren’t the greatest quality. However, the coffee and drink selection made up for it! This hotel is in an amazing area of Wichita and surrounded by places to eat, shop and hang out. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and stay here again!

Our Fridge didnt work after an hour so had to change rooms. We had food so needed it Lost a lit of time not realising it as the light was working.

The room was perfect. They had hot water problem. There was no hot water to take showers. The staff did not let us know. And they were aware of the problem.Which I had to freezing cold to water.

Staff giving me a room with no hot water and fully aware of the situation.
