Hotel Indigo Nashville - The Countrypolitan by IHG

It was a great and fun experience! Awesome hotel, fantastic food, and great staff. Stayed 2 nights for a Girl's trip. Close, walking distance to Broadway and Printer's Alley. Hotel Bar and Restaurant Countrypolitan had amazing food, drinks, and music. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Rooms were clean and nice. Bed was comfy. We had a great trip! Would 100% stay here again. Would highly recommend!

The room is updated, clean, comfortable, and very spacious for two adults and two large dogs, Heather at the front desk and all of the front desk staff were friendly welcoming and available to answer any questions , The onsite/ bar restaurant was absolutely delicious. We split the hash brown brisket entree and it was one of the best brisket meals I have had. Add to that a cosmopolitan and my meal was perfection. The entertainment was Dennis Drummond. What an enjoyable evening with great food and entertainment. He is so talented! I would like to mention our server Ankit. (AK). He was our server for breakfast before we continued on our road trip and he was super friendly, and worked hard to accommodate us and our two pups!! We will definitely be back. Great location , rooms-and staff!

Staff is always friendly and courteous. Rooms are above average and the location is perfect to get in and out of town. Easy walking distance to where you want to go. Great value!

Heather and Audrey made a tough situation so much better. The staff of this hotel, including the bartenders, is over the top. Do you wanna feel like you're truly at home, come to this place. It's been years since I had a hotel experience like this.Thank you everyone

Great hotel in an old bank building in downtown Nashville. Super easy smooth check in with Heather at the front desk. Got a corner room on a high floor overlooking the city. Spacious room; nice bathroom etc. Comfortable bed etc. Would return again in a heartbeat. Perfect location near all the action.

We stayed here for three nights. Location is very good, downtown but far enough away from the chaos of Broadway. Room was comfortable with a good view over the river. The ac was not working on night one but fixed for night two. It was noisy but the helpful person on reception explained this was because the age of the building means it has to be in the room, not outside, explained how to minimise the disturbance and took our dinner and drinks off the bill. Valet parking boys were helpful and recommended the courthouse parking lot nearby at much lower cost than the valet parking. The best feature of the hotel is the bar. There is live music every night with a very good bluegrass band on one night and good singer on another. Good atmosphere , watching the other guests on Friday night was an entertainment itself.

The hotel is just sexy. If Country can be Goth, well - the CountryPolitan - where Country Mouse meets City Mouse is dead on the money. Great valet experience. Those lads are working it! Please note that as you drive up there are some guest suites/valet just before the Countrypolitan main entrance. The valets take care of both, but signify which hotel you are with. Check-in was a breeze. It is a really artsy cool vibe. I was given $10 grub/drink tickets for each night I was there. I chose to use mine the first night on dinner and the other on my final day for breakfast. See separate Countrypolitan Kitchen and Bar dining review. Please note that the Kitchen/Bar has nightly musical acts! Room was huge. Bathroom - huge. I slept like a baby. Enough said. Location is fabulous, especially if you have a car and plan to tour outside of downtown.

Great time at the bar/lobby. The live music was perfect and laid back. Steve, our bar tender was polite, gracious and helpful with the bar and food menu. The pan seared trout was one of the best fish dishes I have had in a very long time and I live in Florida! Highly recommended.

Great stay!

I would stay at this hotel again. A Nashville hotel that is not near Broadway, but is walkable to all attractions. It is in Printers Alley; which ended up being where we ended every night, because it was so fun and could always sit down and enjoy the music. This hotel is decorated very cool. The bar off the lobby is great, and the bartenders were awesome. Staff at hotel is also wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Nashville. Rooms are big, compared to say a hotel in New York City. Very spacious rooms. Beds were comfortable, and bathrooms are very nice and big.
