It’s only my first day at Hotel Indigo Nashville, yet this trip already feels so special. From the polished rooms to the thoughtful welcome, everything has exceeded my expectations. The complimentary breakfast and drinks at the bar were such a kind touch, and I’m certain the rest of my stay will be just as wonderful. A heartfelt thank you to Andrea and Heather for their warmth and hospitality—they’ve made the beginning of this journey truly unforgettable.

First up, the staff was outstanding. They made me feel right at home. The room was clean and quiet and the bed super comfortable. The hotel was close to everything but not in the noisiest part of the city. I always enjoy the Indigo.

"Guess they're ready for Halloween"

From disrespectful bartender tgat ignored me to wait on a later arriving male to the horror of discovering the bed was full of bugs!! I had to borrow clothes when I arrived home, 9 1/2 hours later, then spray everything i had in the room, luggage, purse and my vehicle. Throughly disgusted. Also, 3 tries for room service...never successful.

We were so excited to come to Nashville. Arrived and the man at check in desk advised us it was 80 dollars deposit and we were perfect with this. Woke up following morning to see that he had taken 394.22 out of my account and over 400 out of my father’s account! Went straight down and was advised we were charged for room as we didn’t call to say we were going to be late due to flight delays. However the room was already paid for!! Was told this would be sorted and money returned. Trip to Nashville now over and still no refund. Spend 12 minute on phone to them a few days ago and was assured it was sorted, £50 spend on phone call and still no money back. So very disappointed , was told it’s sitting in holding account. Really not good customer service! This man swiped my card telling me he was taking 80 dollars, hotel indigo please sort this , lovely hotel but you have put a damper on our trip taking half my spending money !

This hotel was beautiful and quiet. The food was so good. The music was great too! Our room was clean and comfortable. The valet was very helpful and kind.
