The outside and inside pool were amazing staff was amazing overall a great stay for my family’s weekend trip

When we arrived to the Park Grove Inn at 11:30 Pm after a 12 hour drive . Our room had wallpaper hanging off the wall with MOLD on it and on the wall. I reported it immediately. Asked to be moved to a different room. The host that was working the desk stated that he needed to call his boss and his boss told him that we would have to wait until the morning.. I also told the host that my son that was staying in the room had asthma was very allergic to mold and he told me there was nothing that he could do but they would move us the next day once a room become available. This is unsafe conditions in which someone to stay in. I emailed the manager of the hotel the next day and he did move us to a different room and apologize for the room condition. He also stated that he was going to refund our first night stay through Booking.com. The manager also stated that he was taking that room out of commission and getting things repaired.

Very clean and staff were great. LOVED my view!

Refrigerator worked great but freezer needed defrosting

The staff I met were nice. Great location - central to a lot in the area whether driving or walking. Balcony was a great feature.
