Dry Dock Motel

We got there on time and rooms were not ready - 90 min later when we got into a room - there was blood on the sheets,the blankets were on the floor and there were bugs. We immediately went down to get a refund - that was 5 days ago and i still don't have a refund - and this includes immediately calling hotels.com for help - after over an hour on hold to talk to someone, they told me, the hotel already issued a refund - really? 5 days later and I still have nothing. DO NOT STAY HERE. Do these pictures look like a room that is ready?

Room was smelly ….and stank of mold

Our bathroom smelled awful and one of our beds was rickety as if it was going to break anytime.

This was a last minute trip and it was honestly amazing. The prices on a holiday weekend are always gonna be higher but the customer service that the owners showed was well worth the money! Definitely would be back

The room is very very dated, it wasn't clean upon arrival. The Bathroom door did not lock. The tub had chipped paint in it. The staff was just meh, didn't ask how the stay was nor did they care to ask about the room. It smelled of smoke as well. If they made some modern updates this would be a goo place to stay. The location to the boardwalk was very reasonable. So they should think about updating this type of room especially given the price I pay for it.

Conveniently close to boardwalk and local food locations.

It was awful, it smelt bad in the office. The first room we got smelt like it was just flooded with bleach, the smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag, the tv was already on. The second room we got had weird stains on the wall, a creepy door with scratches all over it, trash already in the can and it smelt like weed.
