Dry Dock Motel

Let me preface this with my expectation level. I know this is a beach town and the accommodation I was looking for didn’t have to be 5 star. Just needed a place to stay that wasn’t fancy just clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the room was disgusting. The bathroom was very dirty and unsanitary. We got there late and didn’t have time or energy to look for another hotel so we stayed. Took the bedspread off and slept in our clothes. The next day when we checked out early, I went to the office to drop off the key. It was closed and much to my surprise there was someone sleeping on the floor with their head right next to where you drop your keys. Scared the hell out of me as I wasn’t expecting seeing someone’s face where I was dropping off the key. I’m not picky but this place is horrible.

Conditions were very old and not taken care of, Bed sheets full of sand. Had to sleep in clothes!

It’s my second time there and I will be back next year

I liked the location. The room was dirty, the bathroom was very dirty and the shower curtain had mold on it. I was disgusting and the towels were scratchy and no wash clothes provided. I was very disappointed.

Just like any other motel in Seaside Heights, it's scary!! The room is VERY outdated and dark. The curtains on the window were taped together with scotch tape!! The bed wasn't too bad, but the pillows were old. The staff was friendly and the pool looked decent. The covinence to the boardwalk was perfect. I just wish there were better choices to stay in Seaside Heights. I tried to pick a place that looked less scary.....I was wrong!!!

It was a block front the boardwalk and we only paid $80 a night to stay there. However, I would have rather stayed in my car. Room was dirty, had to ask for a trash bag as no one came to offer clean towels or take our trash. Floor was dirty, shower was cleaned very well. Fridge had an odor to it and was rusty. Our door was kicked in at some point and didn’t close very well. Air conditioner was terrible and loud. It was cooler outside (78) then it was in our room. WiFi didn’t work well. Couldn’t stay connected as only 1 signal bar was available for the two days we were there. Pool was also dirty.

Had a great time at the beach this weekend. Motel was exactly what you would expect from Seaside. Although outdated that is part of the Seaside Heights charm. Went with family and we all had a good time. Pool area was nice, lots of tanning chairs and working BBQs. Everyone was having fun. Thank you!

This place was not eye appealing at all. I felt uncomfortable to even go in the bathroom. The room looked like a jail cell.

Its nice to stay for a quick getaway coz its right beside the beach! but it needs a major clean up the bathroom is dirty and the room needs general make over
