The location

In general, dated and old. Frying pan was old. Shower head had green moulds and washer is not clean. The tap was leaky. Beds were soft and I could feel the springs.

Amenities inside the apartment great. Perfect for families completing a short or long term stay. Large and spacious plus generous kitchen and laundry. Large car parks. Water pressure good, beds good. Staff friendly and helpful.

Property could do with a bit of a refurbish. Bones are good but lots of very visible wear and tear and needs a good scrub. The carpark isn’t secure (only certain rooms have secure under cover parking).

Location was good, right on the marina. 300 meters from Skeetas cafe and restaurant (which was a stunning meal!) Good size rooms. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Unfortunately staff seemed very new and had no one around to ask for help when I had a few issues. I see this as a average management job, and felt it unfair on the reception girl. Carport is full of crates of linen and random apartment furniture creates a junky first impression. Pool could do with heating outside peak summer as the wind makes it freezing otherwise. Spa was broken.

Very confusing to find reception as you aim for the big 'signed' building but realise there is no access. It is unusual to have a reception, in a Franchise of this standing, in a container!
