Ubicación, limpieza e instalaciones.

Al momento de realizar la reserva, se indicaba “Estudio entero: Dormitorio 1: 1 cama doble grande y Dormitorio 2: 1 cama doble grande”. Sin embargo, al llegar al alojamiento, se evidenció que no se trataba de dos dormitorios independientes, sino de un solo estudio con dos camas ubicadas en el mismo espacio, separadas únicamente por un nochero. Al consultar esta situación, el establecimiento informó que se trataba de un error en la plataforma de Booking, ya que previamente habían notificado que no cuentan con estudios de dos habitaciones, sino con un único espacio con dos camas. Adicionalmente, el parqueadero tenía un costo de 10 USD por día, información que no fue mencionada en ningún momento durante el proceso de reserva.
