"Clean room and great location"

We stayed here while in town for the Miami open. The hotel was a good location, lots of food choices nearby. Room was clean and we had no issues. $10 a day to park. Free breakfast was standard for Hampton Inn. We would definitely consider this location again

Location was good and breakfast was alright with different options in my 3 days there

Booked a suite thinking that it would be a nicer room for 3 of us but was surprised to see that it was just like any basic room with so much empty useless space. Bathroom was small, TV was in a corner, there was no safe. And, there is $10 a day parking charge.

"Loved the location hated the room!"

Convenient and staff were very considerate.

Room was empty and not very luxurious for being a suite. Carpet was damp and tacky!

"Nickel and dime bullshit"

I did not like the fact of when I showed up.I was told there was a charge, the park my car in the parking lot. Nothing on the website said it when I was booking. I would have booked a different place. I do not appreciate the nickel and diming just so I can park my car. How else do you think someone is getting to your hotel?\n I felt blindsided. And stuck.\n If you need the money, just charge a little bit more for the room and stop the nickel and diming bullshit.
