"Poor value for money."

Location

Paid £309 for one night for basic no frills accommodation. There was no AC in the room. The room was “cooled” by a small portable fan which was wholly ineffective. The room was so warm and uncomfortable and it wasn’t one of the hotter days of late. Nearly all hotels I’ve stayed in recently have a climate control unit which can be operated to suit the user of the room for either cooling or heat. That was not the case.

Great location, hotel very clean and great staff.

No air con in room. Considering the price for it I paid it should be bare minimum. Bed not comfortable at all. Disappointing

Lovely staff, location is perfect to roam around and pretty much anything in Belfast is easy to reach within a half hour walk. Rooms very specious, very clean and very well equipped.

"Perfect, Ideal and Reasonable place to stay"

The staff were great and friendly, prices were reasonable and was a great Experience

Wish there was a vending machine and Air conditioning. The fans are made available to the room but the higher in the building you are, the fans don’t do much. Other than that it was perfect!
