Location, some of the staff are excellent, one in particular not so friendly

Bathroom was very small for a family of four, and we didn't like that kids had to leave the bar at 9 in the evening, especially when world cup was on.

Lovely staff, special mention to Chloe. Lovely foyer and bar. Bed was comfortable. Good location. About 10 min walk to City centre.

Bathroom needed a bit of a clean. One of the towels had tan stains on it. There was a 'tan' hand print on the back of bathroom door. Toilet was given a bit of a clean but could have done with a bit more. Didn't use the shower. Cleanliness costs nothing. I know we are not prepared for heatwaves but there is no air con in the room. We opened the window and there was a fan but it was really warm..
