"A special Birthday Trip that exceeded all expectations."

Friendliness of all staff Location perfect for City centre and nightlife Room generous size, clean- hard floor not carpet. Breakfast plenty of variety. Sometimes a short wait whitst items were refilled to remain fresh. Megan D in reception was particularly helpful with advice throughout and nothing was too much. She really made a massive enhancement to our holiday and is an absolute credit to the hotel which was awarded Northern Ireland Hotel of the year 2015. Well deserved.
