Location and parking

The room and especially the bathroom/ shower was not at a standard of hygiene that you would expect. Very dissatisfied with the comfort of the bed as well.

Had a great stay here. Checked in and got a free upgrade to an executive room with breakfast included which was a nice touch as it was a trip for my partners birthday. The room itself was great. Large bed with a seperate sofa to sit. An ironing board and hairdryer in the room. The toilet had a large walk in shower with toiletries. The staff were great too...couldn't fault the hotel at all. We ate at their SQ restaurant. Meal was really good and decent portions. Bar area nice too. Really enjoyed our stay and would select it again if staying in belfast.

Top floor. Good sized rooms. Comfortable beds. Great location and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. I can recommend this hotel as a great place to stay for a trip to Belfast. Plus parking across the road made it all very convenient for our short stay.

Water in the room and little snacks are always a nice touch -and don’t cost that much tbh.

"Buen hotel"

Bien ubicado, magnífico desayuno, las camas bien firmes.

El personal es bastante joven, creo que por su falta de experiencia, aveces se nota un poco falto de modales.
