"Adequate accommodations and great location."

Location of the hotel is great.....close to Titanic too. Room was adequate, although we could only get very hot water in the shower, so could not shower....but we were only there two nights and we could deal with it. Breakfast was excellent!! And, the staff were exceptional. I did not get her name, but the woman at check-in went over and above ensuring that we were happy.

For us, the beds were a little uncomfortable, but did the job. I cant think of anything that we noticeably did not like. Keep up the great work!

"Lovely hotel"

Had a lovely stay at the Ramada Belfast on Monday night. The location is ideal for exploring the city, with plenty of bars, restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet, and we felt the hotel offered great value for money. The standout for us was the staff – everyone we dealt with was genuinely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. A really pleasant, hassle-free experience from start to finish. Would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Belfast.

"Great location"

Lovely breakfast and comfortable bed.

The room was very small for 2 adults and one teenage child. Too much furniture and an oversized office chair that we had to keep moving in order to walk around the room. We really liked the hotel and it was very comfortable. When we arrived to our room I noticed a long black hair on one bed and when I looked on the other there were at least 5 more. There was absolutely no hassle getting a different room . It was dealt with properly and we were happy with this. It didn't put me off my stay.
