Noise from rail line (freight, so all through the night!) and busy road. Cooked breakfast was poor.

Friendly welcome. Comfortable (mainly) room. Very clean. Superb shower. Very good breakfast. Pleasant, helpful staff. Quiet- both location and the hotel itself. Easy walk into Ipswich town. The mattress was 'firm' , which I liked.

Nice bathroom but it needed hooks for towels and facecloths. Just one small wastebin. The pillow was soft but too deep for me. The hotel had just the one size of pillow, so I used a folded bath towel under my head and slept well.

"Beautiful"

Once I arrived I requested for a room on the top floor facing the river. It was quiet. I did get lost one night lol tried to get into someone else’s room lol to much to drink I must say hehehe

I didn’t like that on the day u can’t pay to check out later

Fantastic place to stay. Do close to the train station. Super clean and comfy and with great food. The staff were wonderful, particularly Chamal who was so helpful!

Room was sleek and modern. Was very clean and tidy.

Coffee in the room was vile. I don't know if it was coffee or dried mud but this needs sorting.
