"Fariyas Hotel - Colaba"

The receptionist - Carol - was not very welcoming. She was the same at both check-in and check-out. On the other hand, Lavinia was very pleasant. The room (208) was a bit of a tight squeeze. My husband and I have stayed at this hotel twice before, and on both occasions the rooms were more generous. The food in the restaurant was good and one waiter in particular was very very good. His name was Sydney and in my book he would score 100%.

Great location with easy access to lots of attractions, food and places to shop. The hotel staff were excellent, polite and professional. Our room being an executive room wasn’t as nice as it should be. Breakfast was great though. Apart from the condition of the room, which needs improvement we have no complaints.

Comfortable hotel, clean, comfortable bed, good location. Food was great. Not much interaction with staff, not very friendly, I felt they were more focused on their jobs.

Second time here! Super comfortable hotel with amazing friendly and efficient service. Great breakfast, views, location, pool. Please don’t book here so there is room for me to come back again and again!
