"A good hotel not far from Gateway to India "

I got a suite on the 10th floor and was really happy about the room. The bed was very comfortable and there was a nice view over the Indian Ocean from the sitting room. The room was very clean. Wi-fi was good, and I had video calls with no problem. Breakfast was good, on level 1, with good quality food. The personnel it really putting efforts to go the extra mile and help. I checked at 1am, as my flight landed at 11.30 and was glad to have a soft comfortable bed.

"There has to be better than this place "

Very underwhelming.. They screwed up my booking twice.. Told me they had no rooms (when I'd already booked).. Bed comfy and place clean but breakfast ikky and no sunbeds I won't be returning

Eaay location and easy to reach, very helpful and friendly staff, early check in and free upgrade for my reservation was done, clean rooms, amazing view to sea, daily housekeeping, taste breakfast and wide indian selection of foods

Great location, right in the midst of Colaba by the water. Had a bit of a room mixup in the beginning, we’d asked for a twin room but got a double instead. But they fixed it immediately for us when we called them. The staff was very helpful and polite. And the breakfast buffet was great!
