Goveia Holiday Resort

The Goveia complex includes privately owned apartments where we stayed in a friend’s place. On a few occasions we used the restaurant, mainly for breakfast or snacks. It was pretty awful. The place was filthy, with minimal cleaning being carried out, dirty dishes everywhere and the floors littered with debris. When we spoke to the waiter he was disinterested and said, someone would clean up later. Not acceptable! We asked for a fruit salad or bowl, and were told only watermelon was available. A masala omelette was just ok, and tea and coffee were not nice at all. The best advice is to avoid this place!

Wonderful service, the food quality was great. We were served by Pradip what a guy. He put in best customer service. The pool was unique, we had pool drink and sheesha. Beautiful pool bar. The rooms were clean and perfect. Great cafe as well. Well done

As per I've seen...no hygiene rooms,no one bother's about room service,not a suite those are just a single rooms,wifi doesn't work and ac doesn't work(not even a split ac,just a window ac is there),bed is not comfortable by the pics itself you guys can see! and congested parking.

Extremely unprofessional behaviour. I canceled my booking many days before my travel and it has been over 3 weeks now but they have not processed my payment yet. Calls and whatsapp messages to the person I did the booking with are not responsive. Thinking of filing a case against them in the consumer forum. Goddamn leeches!

This place is a scam. They have listed themselves on Airbnb and other booking sites as 1bhk luxury apartment. Firstly it is not even an apartment. It's just one room. They sent me an invoice stating that it is a luxury 1bhk suite. They have no courtesy to even accept that the business they are running is a scam. The service is so bad although they claim it as a 4.95/5 rated service, honestly it';s not even worth 0.1/5. The internet was not working and even after multiple requests nobody bothered fixing it. They claim they provide support for renting cars/bikes. No they don't. They condition of the room was so bad, no toiletries, no towels, no mats, half of the bulbs were not working. No tea, coffee sachets. During my 4N5D stay not even one person came to clean the room. Neither did they bother asking about it. The power at the apartment goes frequently. There is a generator at the property. But needless to say it doesn't work only for this particular apartment. Multiple complaints but no resolution. The host is equally hopeless and so it the staff there. If you wish to have a pleasant stay experience in Goa, then please don't book your stay here.

Booking: Dec 24, 2021 till Dec 29, 2021. Plus: 1. Spacious room 2. Helpful staff 3. Small but good swimming pool 4. Good parking space 5. Good location - very quiet and pleasant surroundings 6. Good room service 7. Food ordered in room is tasty and sufficient quantity 8. Near-by Condolim main road so medical and departmental stores are in close vicinity Minus: 1. Room needs a major make over 2. Furniture in room is almost about to break 3. Cleanliness is poor 4. No lifts - might be difficult for elderly people 5. One of the worst breakfast buffet menu I have come across 6. Wi-Fi did not work for most of the time 7. No hot water in bathroom even after geyser showing that it is on

This hotel is like home and great service provide to me from all staff .All staff are very friendly and any problem solve within a minute. Some staff are very beautiful service given to me Sunita ,Deepa ,Sidhu, sakharam ji and all staff. This hotel food are very healthy and good in the veg and non veg food. My Goa trip is very beautiful and memorable. Thank you all staff of Ginger govia Tree hotel.

A hotel is not a hotel without its staff, Goveia is blessed with such a good staff,humble,cooperativ, helpful. espcially PRIYANKA. About the hotel it is located at a very beautiful place, the hotel is clean and provides great hospitality a great hotel to stay I am goona recomend my frndz family and other tourist to come and stay peacefull here with all the facilities and comfort.

i had booked this resort seeing pictures of it on booking.com a person named Shabana called me and confirmed my booking. she took half payment of 13000 rs. and told me to cancel the booking from booking.com as she has taken it as offline booking. i did the same. on reaching the hotel, it looked nothing like the pictures in booking.com. it had no wifi. while reaching, there were no official registation/formalities done. and Shabana kept desperately asking me for remaining payment as soon as we reached the room there was no wifi (while making my booking, wifi facility was there). toilets were super dirty. there were ants everywhere, bathroom windows were broken. We had to cover them while taking bath. we stayed there for 4 fays and no cleaning staff came for cleaning. this was a worst experience. I'm sharing pictures.

My experience with Goveia is best. The staff there was excellent and they were always on service. Two three persons I want to mention personally- One of them is Priyanka(take care of booking) and the guy who was in restaurant who always treat their guests like family. Overall it was an amazing experience. By Prateek
