I had booked room for my family. room was not ready, so he arranged bigger room , but he was kind enough , not charged any thing, that was the only wow for me. food ordered , but takes forever to serve. swimming pool was better than what i was hoping to be. small screen tv, with cable only. no dish tv in standard rooms.

Decent location- though wouldn't recommend it if you were looking for something within walking distance to the beach. Hotel in desperate need of renovation- right from their rooms to restaurant to linens and cutlery. Pool also needs to better maintained.

Very Good...much better than expected. Finding the hotel was a bit difficult as its off the main road inside in the winding road. Rooms were 1 BHK flats which included drawing room+Kitchen+Bedroom+Small terrace; very comfortable. Cleanliness was OK, service staff could have been better. Hotel was around 250-300 meters away from bustling Candolim suburb. Needs to be careful during night walk towards hotel as its bit secluded road from the main road. Condition and upkeep of hotel could have been better. The hotel needs to be well lit, all dim lighting everywhere. Wifi was only working in ground floor and 1st floor not working 2nd floor onwards. Food quality was just acceptable. Overall was a good stay.

Its an Ok hotel. The room service during day time was good. But after midnight there would be no room service. The rooms were reasonable. A 1 km walk from the beach was helpful. Overall an OK stay.

Irrespective of the tariff rates,certain things are always expected from a good hotel.here,it was completely missing.the floor of the room was NEVER cleaned,only toilets were cleaned.the electricity power was so frequently gone and the hotel had no alternate arrangement for it.the rooms are so poorly lit.in the buffet breakfast,the food was ok but the supply always was poor.one had to wait for simle toast bread and spoons for 10 to 15 min.Overall,a disappointing experience.

This hotel is disgusting and I refused to stay here. The room was filthy and had obviously not been cleaned between guests. There was urine on the toilet seat, suspiscious stains on the bedding and short black hairs on the sheets. We did not stay here and as our booking was non-refundable, lost the cost of three night's accommodation by doing so, which was completely overpriced. The room was very large and would have been nice if it had been cleaned and maintained.

This hotel is generally suitable for Indian travellers looking for a reasonable plce to stay within a good price. The hotel rooms were clean and the staff promptly attended to your needs on room cleaning or other laundry needs. The hotel compound is large and clean. The beach is within walking distance (Almost 900 metres). The pool is good, but it could do with a little cleaning.There was no life gaurd or towels provided at the pool site. The food quality needs to improve especially the breakfast which had very limited choice.

Service of the hotel was not upto the expectation. I have to pay extra charges for early checkin of few hours. Swimming pool was not good/maintained. Overall not satisfied with the hotel.
