"Cockroaches in the room. Zero customer service."

Cockroaches on the walls in the room. Asked for a refund. Front desk said it was booking. Booking said it was the hotel. It’s been more than a month and neither seem to do anything.

"Great city, and great place to stay."

Friendly and helpful staff. This location is near many restaurants and grocery stores. There is an outlet mall within a couple of blocks too.

I would have liked to have a fitness center, but this is not a deal breaker. This is the only thing that could have been better for this location.

"Middle of the night disturbance"

Everything was fine until a man was banging on our door in the middle of the night for about 10 minutes. The front desk person said "Oh I saw him," but did not make contact about disturbing anyone in the middle of the night. We ignored it until he finally went away, but when I asked the front desk person the next morning they said a note had been left and he was probably drunk and confused. They assured me a manager would call, but I never heard from anyone.
