Everything was great, their staff was helpful and pleasant, the hotel is beautiful, the breakfast was fresh and there was plenty of choices

I did not like the Booking.com experience, I will not use your site again, I made an error when booking this stay and just needed to add 2 additional days and your site/personal was not able to help me and stated that the hotel would charge me a $100.00 fee to make the change, when I contacted the hotel directly they were so helpful, adjusted my dates without hesitation and with out any penalties or additional fees

That I went to get soda twice and got charged 2 different amounts and then my boyfriend slipped on ice outside of the exit door to get to are cars
